In Vancouver, charging stations can be shipped the same day. For all other cities in Canada, shipping takes 3 to 7 business days.

Nexy stations only need WiFi to manage the screen. If you don't plan to change the advertising during the event, WiFi is not required.

Currently, we do not offer reservations. Power banks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What types of devices can I charge with Nexy?
Our power banks are equipped with Lightning, Type-C, and Micro USB cables, making them compatible with most smartphones and many other devices.

Locate nearby Nexy stations easily using our app. You can find stations listed on our interactive map, complete with directions and station details.
usersHow much does it cost to rent a Nexy power bank?
We offer competitive pricing with a pay-per-use model. You are only charged for the time you use the power bank. Specific rates and promotions can be found on our app or website.
usersWill I be charged any additional fees?
The rental rates include all additional fees such as transaction fees and taxes. However, by prepaying your Nexy account, you can avoid transaction fees for upcoming rentals. Taxes will still apply.
usersHow does the pay-as-you-go pricing work?
For most of our stations, the charge is $2 per hour, capping at $6 for a full day’s use. This means you can use our power banks for short bursts or the entire day, and you’ll never pay more than $6 for that days rental.
usersCan I avoid transaction fees?
Yes, by charging your Nexy account in advance, you bypass transaction fees for all future rentals. This way, you only need to pay for the rental cost and applicable taxes, making each transaction smoother and more cost-effective.
usersWhat if I don’t return the power bank?
The $30 authorization hold is in place to encourage the return of our power banks. If a power bank is not returned within a specified period, we reserve the right to use this hold to cover the cost of the power bank. Please refer to our terms of service for more details on non-return fees.
