Power Bank Return Policy
Return your rented power bank to any Nexy charging station across Canada. Our flexible return system ensures you're never far from a drop-off location.
Return Window
Return your power bank within 72 hours to avoid additional fees. Standard rental period is 24 hours with grace period included.

Return to any Nexy charging station, not just where you rented it. Use our app to find the nearest station location.
How to Return Your Power Bank
Locate a Station
Use the Nexy app to find the nearest charging station. You can return to any station, not just where you rented.
Insert Power Bank
Simply insert the power bank back into any empty slot at the charging station. The system will automatically detect it.
Confirm Return
The station will confirm your return and automatically stop the rental timer. You'll receive a notification in the app.
Rental Complete
Your rental is now complete and the final charge will be processed to your payment method within 24 hours.
Fees and Special Situations
Late Return Fees
Power banks returned after 72 hours will incur additional daily fees. Maximum charge is capped at the replacement cost.
Damaged Power Banks
If a power bank is damaged or not functioning, return it to any station and report the issue through the app immediately.
Lost Power Banks
If you lose a power bank, you will be charged the full replacement cost ($40 CAD). Contact support if found later.

All Nexy power banks are regularly tested and maintained to ensure optimal performance. Our quality commitment includes:
- Regular battery health monitoring and replacement
- Immediate replacement if power bank doesn't charge properly
- No charge for defective or malfunctioning units
