GlassVu Rear Projection Screens are available in 3 models that are suitable for low to high ambient light applications. This image expands to reveal a close-up of the GlassVu WT92 as viewed under a high-resolution scanner. Note that this is a white translucent screen that captures much of the projected light with a modest level of transparency. GlassVu's light diffusion layer and forward scattering characteristics generate images that are free from pixelation and any colour shift when the viewing angle changes. GlassVu is ideal for medium to large format storefront displays. There is no need for specialized projection equipment as a standard projector can be set at almost any incident angle to the screen. GlassVu WT92 is an opaque screen with 92% transmittance of light projected onto its surface and haze measured at 93%. It is visible from a 150° angle to provide extraordinary off-centre viewing. The high gain and extraordinary haze of the WT92 means that projected images are bright and powerful for easy viewing, while the white screen fits nicely into retail surroundings when not in use. The WT92 is an excellent all-round screen for most digital signage applications, including many higher ambient light settings other than those in direct sunlight. In planning your installation, note that the opacity of the WT92 is such that while only a small percentage of projected light will pass through the screen, it may be possible to perceive a hot spot. Installation OptionsGlassVu Rear Projection Screens can be specified in a variety of roll lengths. Any number of smaller screens can be easily cut from the larger rolls using a straight edge and blade. Application onto glass or acrylic is similar to installing solar tint to a window. GlassVu has built-in adhesive protected by a disposable layer of film. Tools required include a water spray bottle, a small amount of soap and a soft rubber edge such as a squeegee or spatula. Alternatively, the use of Cling Film allows for a short term installation with the adhesive left unexposed. We recommend the use of a Window Tint Professional in any application. Projector Orientation To GlassVu SurfaceGlassVu Rear Projection Screens will work within a wide range of projection angles. The strongest image on any diffusion screen will be achieved at 0°; however projector angles of 30° or more are common in GlassVu installations. Standard Rolls
